Gene Yezak, President and Owner of Yezak Technical Staffing, is a true veteran when it comes to Engineering, Design, and all of the support disciplines of the Oil and Gas industry. Keeping honesty and integrity as the foundation of his work, Gene Yezak remains one of the most respected names in the industry.

Upon receiving his discharge from the military, Gene returned to his hometown, Houston, TX, with an engineering career in mind. His enthusiasm and work ethic placed him with a number of top petrochemical, offshore, and pipeline companies. Gene was approached with an opportunity to recruit personnel. He advanced into a sales role and was quickly promoted to Director of Sales, where he remained for over twenty-four years.

After many years in sales, Gene decided to go out on his own and continue staffing Top Talent. He firmly believes honesty and the commitment of service to his clients and employees are two of the utmost qualities to embrace. Gene is in the office daily and provides a sense of urgency to provide the client with the most dedicated and qualified employees. As President of Yezak Technical Staffing, he looks forward to the opportunity to earn your trust and assist with all of your staffing needs.

Brooke joined the Yezak Technical Staffing team in 2018, and brings with her a background of over 15 years in customer service and account management. Her ability to build solid professional relationships with clients allows for all parties to maintain constant open lines of communication, and implement successful plans of action.

Brooke attended Texas Tech University for 3 years, before completing her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from The University of North Texas.

Brooke enjoys spending her weekends watching football and baseball, getting together with family and friends, and most importantly being one of those crazy sports moms at all of her kids’ sporting events.

Kyle has been in the recruiting industry for over twenty years. Kyle joined Yezak Technical in 2015 and specializes in recruiting for engineering positions all over the continental United States including Canada and Alaska.

Kyle is from the Central Texas area and is a graduate of Sam Houston State University where he majored in both Political Science and Communications. EAT ‘EM UP KATS!!

Kyle is a year round volunteer for The Texas Gulf Coast Bull Terrier Club where he has had the privilege of adopting two of the most perfect dogs on earth! In the spring you will find Kyle at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where he volunteers for the HLSR Parade Committee

Kyle’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, friends, watching his niece play softball at Baylor University, and spending time with his family in Central Texas.

Christy joined the Yezak Technical Staffing team in 2013, bringing over 20 years of experience in Finance and Human Resources.

Christy is known as our “office cheerleader,” she mentors and motivates the team and pushes everyone to do their best!

In her free time, Christy enjoys spending time outdoors, cheering at her kids’ sporting events, watching college sports (especially LSU), and is always ready for a cold beer and some crawfish!

Meet Sarah Dishaw, our esteemed Executive Administrative Assistant and the latest addition to our exceptional team. With a wealth of experience supporting top-tier executives and contributing to recruitment endeavors within distinguished oil and gas companies, Sarah brings invaluable expertise to our organization.

Prior to joining us, Sarah dedicated herself to raising her three boys, but she has now returned to the professional arena, passionately contributing to our mission of fostering efficiency worldwide. Her commitment to excellence and proven track record in administrative support make her an indispensable asset to our team.

Outside the office, Sarah finds joy in activities such as rigorous workouts, cheering on the Houston Astros with her husband, and proudly raising three boys. Her dedication to both professional excellence and a fulfilling personal life serves as an inspiration to us all.

Debbie brings over 15 years of experience in the dynamic fields of sales and recruiting. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences for her candidates. In 2022, Debbie joined Yezak, where she eagerly embraces the challenges of recruiting for diverse positions across the nation. Her ability to identify and connect with exceptional talent sets her apart in this competitive industry.

Beyond her professional achievements, Debbie’s journey as a cancer survivor shaped her into a compassionate individual who actively gives back to her community. She volunteers at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she brings joy to the lives of young patients.

Debbie’s educational background includes studying Psychology at San Jacinto College. This knowledge enhances her ability to understand the needs and aspirations of her candidates.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Debbie has a true passion for dancing, Blue Belt Karate, and traveling.

While Debbie appreciates the finer things in life, such as enjoying the occasional martini with her pinky elegantly raised, nothing compares to the importance she places on spending quality time with her loved ones.

Melissa is a seasoned professional with a rich background in engineering and recruitment, hailing from El Paso, Texas. Her journey began in the 1990s when she transitioned from her hometown to Houston. With an impressive 25-year tenure in the engineering domain, Melissa honed her skills as an Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) designer, contributing significantly to the field.

In a pivotal career shift, Melissa seamlessly transitioned her expertise into the realm of recruiting. Her innate friendliness coupled with a deep understanding of I&E design, piping design, and various engineering positions has positioned her as a standout in her niche. Her knack for identifying top talent and building professional relationships has made her a valued asset in the recruitment landscape.

Melissa’s career trajectory exemplifies her dedication to excellence, marked by her ability to adapt, evolve, and excel in various professional domains. Her enthusiasm for her work, coupled with her extensive experience and expertise, continues to make a lasting impact in both the engineering and recruitment arenas.
